Featured Programs

We utilize a simple 3 pillar approach to fitness and body balance. Often times when working with yogis we find that flexibility isn’t an issue, but over flexibility without proper support and strength is. This program has come about from years of working with people in your shoes where flexibility and discipline are there but the tightness and pain just won’t go away. Our bodies need that flexibility supported by strength. We tailer each program as every body is different but the core concepts are the same. Strengthen the right muscles, learn the proper movements and motor patterns and continue with work outside of Athlete Pro for long term sustainable success. 

Strength Training

Often times the poster chain is weak and cannot support the lower back. Even the most flexible yogi succumbs to modern life sitting in cars, at work and at home. We retrain your body to engage those posterior chain and support your lower back. 

At-Home

The work doesn’t stop at 2 visits a week. There is homework and I want to stay in close contact as you work on your customized at-home routines that I draw out for you. This way I can ensure you are taking the proper movement and strength programs to your home life or home gym and getting the absolute most out of your time with us. Text us daily with your results, pictures and videos are great and I will get back to you with adjustments if needed. This is how we see success! You need that support and feedback. 

Movement

If you aren’t moving right, you aren’t training the right muscles and strengthening the areas that can stabilize and enable a pain free life. Adding load to your body creates strength, adding load and moving properly creates stability and a sustainable pain free way of living. This is what we are teaching you in a program that is specific to your body’s needs.
