Insurance & payment
Why we're cash-pay
Insurance decides how many visits you get. We'd rather decide that with you.
What you get
- The full session one-on-one with your clinician
- No referral, no authorizations, no visit caps
- Modalities included, never itemized
- A plan built around your goal, not your coverage
Common questions
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-pay clinic and are not in network with insurance plans. That lets us spend the full session with you and set your plan by your goals instead of visit limits. If you need a receipt with diagnosis codes for your own reimbursement, ask us.
How much does it cost?
Call or text us and we'll walk you through current pricing. Your first visit is 60 minutes, one-on-one, and you're treated the same day. Your clinician recommends a plan at the end of that session, and packages lower the cost per visit.
Are treatments like shockwave and dry needling extra?
No. Shockwave, StemWave, ARPwave, Class 4 laser, PEMF, dry needling and BFR are included in your session when they fit your plan. We never bill them individually.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many people use HSA or FSA funds for physical therapy. Check with your plan administrator for your account's rules.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No. Florida allows you to see a physical therapist directly. Call or request an appointment and we'll get you scheduled.
