What we do

Pain-free is the baseline. Performance is the goal.

Conventional physical therapy ends when the pain fades. Ours ends when you have been tested, rebuilt and cleared to perform. Every plan follows four phases.

  1. Identify the root cause

A 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with movement, strength and sport-specific testing. We look beyond where it hurts to why.

  2. Treat from day one

Hands-on care, paired with shockwave, dry needling or Class 4 laser when indicated. You leave your first visit treated, not just assessed.

  3. Rebuild for performance

Progressive strength and sport-specific training, coached by your clinician and loaded the way your sport demands.

  4. Verify readiness

We retest strength, symmetry and sport benchmarks before you return, then keep training so the result holds.

How we're different

Sports medicine, not volume-based PT.

Insurance-driven clinics are designed around billing rules. Athlete PRO is designed around one question: what does this athlete need to return, and to stay there?

  • One clinician, the full session

No aides, no double-booking. The clinician who evaluates you treats you, every visit, start to finish.

  • Rehab that becomes training

No generic sheets of band exercises. Your plan progresses into genuine strength, speed and sport work, coached by your clinician.

  • Measured, not estimated

Objective strength, symmetry and sport-specific testing at intake and before return, so your progress is documented in numbers.

  • Advanced modalities included

Shockwave, dry needling, Class 4 laser, PEMF, electrical stimulation and blood flow restriction are part of your session when indicated, never itemized.

  • Direct physician access

If progress stalls, we refer you directly to our team physician for imaging or a medical opinion, without the usual wait.

  • Built around your schedule

Open at 5:30am on weekdays and on Saturdays. No referral, no visit caps, and no insurer deciding when you're done.

Back to baseball 6.5 months after ACL surgery

“ACL reconstruction Jan 2022. Taylor's program got me back to baseball 6.5 months post-op with full confidence. Best season ever in 2023!”

Rex S. · ACL reconstruction, baseball
  • Recovery cut from 2 weeks to 1–2 days

Former D1 athlete, still love basketball. Before Taylor, recovery took 2 weeks. Now I play twice a week and recover in 1-2 days.

    Peter Y. · Basketball, former D1 athlete

  • Pain from 7 out of 10 down to 0–1

Frank pinpointed my low back pain cause, used manual manipulation and machines, and gave me rehab exercises. Went from pain level 7 to 0-1.

Jami M. · Low back pain

  • Rotator cuff tear: back to tennis and volleyball

Shoulder torn rotator cuff from tennis and volleyball. Local PT had no relief. Taylor built up supporting muscles. Back in action with everything!

03

Injury Prevention

Most injuries appear in the data before they appear as pain. A screen identifies the gap while it is still simple to address.

  • A movement, strength and capacity screen
  • Identifies the root cause before it becomes pain
  • A plan to address it before your next training block or season

Manual Therapy

Hands-on work calms a sensitive area and restores motion. We use that window to load the tissue, which is what makes the change last.

  • Joint mobilization and soft tissue work
  • Calms pain and restores motion quickly

Questions

Before you book.

Why choose private-pay care over insurance?

You get the full session with your clinician, treatment tools included, and a plan set by your goals instead of a visit cap. Most athletes need fewer visits because each one does more. Many use HSA or FSA funds, and we can give you a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

I've tried physical therapy before. What's different here?

Most athletes we see have been elsewhere first. The difference is undivided one-on-one time, treating the root cause rather than the symptom, and progressing you all the way back to your sport, not stopping at pain-free.

When can I be seen?

We open at 5:30am on weekdays and see athletes on Saturdays, so most people find a time that works around training, work or school. Request a time and we'll find the first one that fits.

Do I need a referral or imaging first?

No. Florida lets you see a physical therapist directly. If we think you need imaging or a physician, we refer you to our team physician quickly.

What happens after I submit the form?

Our care team will call or text within one business day to find a time that suits you. There is no obligation until you book.
